Blue Collar Board™

1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying for, accessing, or participating in Blue Collar Board™ (“the Board”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy contained herein.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not apply for or participate in the Board.

2. Nature of the Board

Blue Collar Board™ is a peer-led decision room.

The Board provides a structured environment in which members present real business decisions and receive peer input, objections, and accountability. The Board does not provide coaching, therapy, counseling, training, certifications, or legal, financial, tax, operational, or professional advice of any kind.

All decisions discussed, considered, or made by members remain the sole responsibility of the individual member. Participation in the Board does not transfer responsibility, liability, or decision ownership to Blue Collar Board™, its operators, or facilitators.

3. Eligibility & Application

Membership is by application only. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Blue Collar Board™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Accept or reject any applicant

Review and, if necessary, suspend or remove any member who fails to meet Board standards

Modify eligibility criteria at any time

Membership is a privilege, not an entitlement.

4. Membership Fees

Membership is by application only. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Blue Collar Board™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Accept or reject any applicant

Review and, if necessary, suspend or remove any member who fails to meet Board standards

Modify eligibility criteria at any time

Membership is a privilege, not an entitlement.

5. No Guarantees or Outcomes

Blue Collar Board™ makes no guarantees or representations regarding:

Business performance

Revenue

Profitability

Growth

Outcomes resulting from decisions discussed within the Board

Members acknowledge that business decisions inherently involve risk and uncertainty, and outcomes may vary significantly.

6. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

Attend scheduled Board meetings

Come prepared with real business decisions

Participate respectfully and directly in peer discussions

Maintain strict confidentiality

Follow all Board rules, standards, and enforcement procedures

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in review, suspension, or removal without refund.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared within the Board—including discussions, decisions, materials, participation records, and member identities—is strictly confidential.

Members may not:

Record meetings in any format

Share discussions, materials, or identities

Disclose decisions or peer input outside the Board

Confidentiality is a condition of membership, not optional. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of membership.

Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

8. Enforcement & Removal

Blue Collar Board™ enforces standards to protect the integrity of the decision room.

The Board reserves the right to enforce standards through review, suspension, or permanent removal, as deemed necessary. Enforcement decisions are final and non-appealable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Collar Board™, its operators, facilitators, and members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Board.

Members assume full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from participation.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, formats, processes, decision structures, meeting designs, enforcement mechanisms, and documentation used by Blue Collar Board™ are proprietary intellectual property.

These materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used outside the Board without prior written permission.

11. Modifications to Terms

Blue Collar Board™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Board constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
